Alpha 1 Global

New Zealand

Welcome to the New Zealand Alpha-1 page.

To visit our website please click on www.alpha1.org.nz and find information about Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency.

Alpha-1 Association New Zealand was re-established in 2013 with the purpose to raise awareness of this disease and to help alphas and their families to have access to information and to the best treatment possible. We would like to invite you to share your knowledge and your personal experience on the discussion platforms available here. If you are unable to participate in English, you can email us directly at mandblack@gmail.com or valjim@actrix.co.nz. and we will coordinate with you the best way for you to participate.

Your involvement in this project is of great value to us and to all the alpha-1 global community.

Thank you,

Marilyn Black & Jim Clarke
